Master of The Seas has been absent since the Meydan carnival but runners form the yard are rarely undercooked when returned after a break and he should give a good account. He's won before over a mile on good to firm ground and is tempting to go with, but a chance is taken with JIMI HENDRIX. He's unproven at group level but the stylish nature of his Royal Hunt Cup win and the corresponding turn of foot shown, suggested he could well take promotion to this level in his stride. Hopefully he'll be delivered pretty late. Aldaary looked to need the run on reappearance, although he was still a little disappointing and would probably appreciate some cut in the ground. He's far from discounted though, nor are recent Diomed Stakes winner, Regal Reality, and the reappearing Mighty Ulysees.
