Danehill Destiny is given the chance to redeem her reputation with Danidh Dubai, Maggie Lou and Infamous Angel amongst the dangers. Danehill Destiny won impressively on debut and the form of her Windsor victory on her second start has been given a boost by the subsequent Group 2 victory of the second home Prolific. She trailed home in last place in the Queen Mary Stakes but that clearly wasn't her running and it would be no great surprise to see her get back on track today with Willie Haggas enjoying such a fine season. Langs Lash deserves plenty of credit for her win at Royal Ascot as she led from start to finish which was no mean feat. The ground was soft, albeit by no means as testing as conditions here, on debut which bodes well for her chances of handling these conditions and it would be dangerous to underestimate her although this is her first attempt at this trip. Danidh Dubai was a long way behind Danehill Destiny on debut and has yet to race on ground worse than good. She also has a little to find with a few of these on the figures but it would be no surprise to see her handle these conditions and her trainer has an exceptional record in this race. Maggie Lou was last seen racing in Listed company in Vichy where she finished fourth but she retains entries in a number of the leading juvenile contests; her Doncaster second looks better in light of the exploits of the winner and the third and she may belie her lowly rating. African Skies is the better fancied runner from the stable but was behind Danidh Dubai at Royal Ascot and is far from certain to handle conditions. Infamous Angel is another with work to do on the book but she ran an excellent race in the Weatherbys Super Sprint from a low weight and looks to be improving. She will need to have done so to play a hand in the finish here but represents a strong stable. She's clearly a risky proposition following her display at Royal Ascot but Danehill Destiny is taken to set the record straight.
