This is an ultra competitive getting out stakes in which we will give the tentative vote to NOBLE STORM with both Green Beret and Mattamia worth noting. The selection has performed well all season winning twice in the process. He proved his well being by winning a handicap at the Glorious Goodwood meeting and has only been penalised four pound for it. He looks more than capable of winning again off his current mark so is worth staying on the right side of for the time being. Green Beret is visored for the first time to enhance his enthusiasm. He won on his seasonal reappearance and was not beaten far behind the selection on his latest start. If the visors do the trick then he could be dangerous so any market moves should be noted. Mattamia landed back to back victories at Leicester and Newmarket in June and has continued to rise in the weights as a result. He has performed well in defeat in both his last two starts and another bold bid can be expected. Noble Storm is the form horse in the race and is the percentage call to land the finale.
