This will prove to be one the trickier races on the card but MIRRORED has a nice racing weight to carry ands looks potentially well treated so gets the narrow vote over Captain Brilliance and Mia's Boy. The selection landed back to back races at Kempton and Sandown at the beginning of the season and although he has been a beaten favourite in both of his last two races he has still run well in defeat. He was only narrowly touches off by Roman Republic at the Glorious Goodwood meeting last time out and another bold effort can be expected. Captain Brilliance has had an injury stricken career to date and has only been lightly raced as a result. He made a come back winning reappearance at Newmarket in June and not beaten far behind Plum Pudding in the Bunbury Cup thereafter. He was however beaten a fair way in a competitive handicap at Ascot last time out and will need to improve on that performance. Mia's Boy has been running consistently well without wining this season. His best performance was finishing third to Forgotten Voice in the Royal Hunt Cup at the Royal meeting on his penultimate run and if anywhere near his best he ought to go close. Mirrored comes form a top yard with a top jockey on board and will have plenty of supporters and is sure to give them all a run for their money.
