Trueshan will need some ease in the going if he’s to reverse latest running in the Goodwood Cup with STRADIVARIUS. Beaten only a neck at the Sussex track by previous Ascot Gold Cup winner Kyprios, the Gosdens’ charge has won this contest three times in the past and also finished in front of Coltrane and Nate The Great at Goodwood. The latter found Quickthorn too good in a Group 3 at Sandown back in May while Tashkhan was beaten by the selection in the Yorkshire Cup here in the same month. The progressive Mostly Cloudy and Reshoun are smart handicappers upped in class.
