    Verdict

Soulacroix, Saif Sareea and Polish Power form the shortlist for this lady amateur riders handicap and we will side with Saif Sareea to lead them home. The selection will relish this fast ground and he ran well enough over 2m at Haydock last time behind Acambo. This drop in trip will suit, he has a fair draw and the capable Rose Davidson in the plate and he should go close. Soulacroix won well last time when finishing second behind Ebtikaar at Haydock. However, his best form is with some cut in the ground and for that reason we will pass him over. Polish Power is another who goes best on easier ground and although he is in decent form at present he is not ideally drawn. Sporting Gesture goes well here but he may need to drop a few more pounds before he is able to resume winning ways, and his cause is not helped by his high draw. A competitive start to the card and for the winner we will return to Saif Sareea.
