HAAJES showed signs of a return to form at Haydock last time out and is taken to come good again. The selection has won off higher marks than this in the past when with John Balding and goes well on soft ground. This is his optimum trip and with a 1lb drop to help a little we will give him the nod. Last year's winner Russian Spirit is 3lbs higher today, acts with cut and comes here in decent form so has to be feared. Conditions and trip are no concern for Mango Music, who is 8lb higher than when scoring at Ayr last month and would be no shock winner. Luscivious has slipped to an attractive mark once again and relishes some cut in the ground, so Jeremy Glover's charge has to be considered very interesting.
