    Verdict

Paul Deegan complicates the issue by saddling Free Art and Hanginthebalance and jockey bookings are no help. The former has run well on the surface but faces this trip for the first time while the latter gained a surprise success under forcing tactics at Gowran and though he's also untried over the trip he looks certain to be suited. Both Final Recovery and Lacy Brief have shown ability and are tried in first-time blinkers but this can go to HASTY KATIE. Jim Bolger's filly, a winner over the trip at the Galway Festival, has been well beaten in three subsequent starts but all were in better company and she looks capable of winning again from this mark.
