Riska King has shown a fair level of form on both starts to date and can lift a race that lacks strength in depth. Richard Fahey's charge had several of these behind when a staying-on fourth of 21 over 5f in a similar heat at Ripon last time and looks sure to take plenty of beating with the extra furlong in his favour. Haze Babybear is another who can improve for the step up in trip and is respected while Caught Out takes a drop in class and is another to consider along with Tintawn Gold. The last named was out of his depth in Listed company last time but has claims on an earlier placed effort at Nottingham.
