Street Star is taken to land the opener at the expense of Ibn Khaldun and Payne Relief, with Ancient Regime and Fairmont also worth a mention. There are some interesting newcomers on show here, but with the benefit of a pipe-opener at Windsor recently, James Fanshawe's filly can find the necessary improvement to open her account under in-form Jamie Spencer. Ibn Khaldun has four Group 1 entries, and the son of Dubai Destination is sure to command support. His ultimate target is next year's Vodafone Derby, and he will be seen to better effect over further. Payne Relief will pick up a maiden sooner rather than later, while Fairmont is a sister to dual juvenile winner Mythical Girl. So, plenty to look forward to for connections of this lot, with Street Star just preferred to Ibn Khaldun.
