In depth

Verdict

The three at the top of the handicap make most appeal. Hollywood Road ran well here before beaten only a nose at Chepstow and has every chance partnered by a 7lb claimer today. Corked has been placed in maidens and cannot be ignored now handicapping while Beverley maiden winner JAWAAYIZ (NAP) showed up well when third on her recent handicap bow at Doncaster. The winner has since gone close in Class 2 company so Simon Crisford’s filly should make a bold bid dropping down a grade for this and gets the nod.
