        Verdict

        LILBOURNE STAR produced his best form since an early 2018 debut when a close second under today's pilot over this trip and ground recently. He's presumably had issues, making just a sixth start in three seasons now, so hopefully there's more to come. Sweet Forgetme Not, a close second here just over a week ago, has now joined Phil McEntee who immediately reaches for first-time headgear. Gordon retains the ride and another prominent showing is anticipated. Time To Reason is running okay but hasn't been seen on grass since October, Princess Keira is consistent and first-time blinkers go on Case Key in a bid to enliven the out-of-form gelding.
