        Verdict

        Elsie Violet remains in good form having won over today’s trip at Yarmouth last month but Greyzee’s earlier success came over a mile and he has something to prove over this longer distance. It was soft ground when Grandscape and Sophie Smith won one of these events at Redcar last year while Harlow has only won a maiden so far and hasn’t raced since February. THE THROSTLES is a winner on the all-weather and is 7lb lower than when last successful. But after placing at Haydock recently, Kevin Frost’s charge may prove good enough and gets the nod.
