In depth

Verdict

Jordan's Light, Ellesappelle and Dixie Storm look the three to concentrate on in this trappy claimer and the tentative vote is given to Jordan's Light. The selection is well weighted on his best form is dropping in class and with the fitting of a first time visor likely to bring about some improvement he looks the one to be on. Ellesappelle rates the main danger on his latest fifth behind Rowan Lodge especially as this slightly faster ground is sure to suit. Dixie Storm has shown a modicum of ability in three maidens and with the step up in trip and drop in class looking to be in his favour he should be closely watched in the market. Renderoc goes well at the track but has dissapointed of late so can not be put forward with any confidence and with this in mind for the winner we return to Jordan's Light to small stakes.
