Blue Rhapsody is a confident choice here ahead of Blue Citadel and Space Pirate. Luca Cumani's charge was an unfortunate loser last time out in a hot race at Newmarket. Hayley Turner was on board on that occasion and found plenty of trouble when trying to come with a run. In the end the filly was finishing best of all and only went down by two lengths. With a better passage today under Jamie Spencer she must go close. Top-weight Blue Citadel is a lightly raced maiden and has put in some solid efforts against decent types. He doesn't look too badly treated for his first venture into handicaps. Space Piriate ran well enough in a competitive handicap to suggest he can go well from his low weight and Oxbridge, another first time handicapper should be watched in the market. However this isn't as strong a race as it first looked and Blue Rhapsody should be capable of landing first prize.
