In depth

Verdict

Foreseeable Future has been more like his old self lately but Crantock Bay is still seeking a first victory having finished second eight times in 15 career starts. Velvet Vista is on a hat-trick having only been raised a further 3lb and Dutugamunu gets blinkers having finished fourth here last month when favourite. Salam Ya Faisal remains unexposed on Turf but CAPLA BERRY (NAP) was a bit unlucky to be collared close home over a mile here last moth and, back over her best trip today, Rae Guest’s mare can go one better with Astrogem raised 5lb for scoring at Doncaster.
