The in-form Beneventa can complete a five-timer here, with the main challenges likely to come from Echoes In Eternity and Dawnus. John Dunlop's filly is as game as they come and will not be passed easily judged on her efforts so far. The form of the second of her four victories, at Ascot in August, has worked out well, and she has done nothing but improve since, overcoming traffic problems to score at Newmarket before beating two rivals over today's course and distance last time. She deserves a crack at this Listed race before earning a break, and can add to her total. Echoes In Eternity, trained by John Gosden when making a winning debut at Newmarket last September, made a disastrous start to her career with Godolphin when stumbling coming out of the stalls in the Musidora, leaving the money in the bookies' satchels. She has failed to make amends in two subsequent outings, including when dropped back to a mile at Sandown. The rain-softened ground probably did not help but even so she looks worth taking on. Dawnus has paid her way at Warren Place, with three wins in her last four starts. However, she has more to do than when scraping home at Brighton from In A Silent Way who runs in a handicap earlier on the card. Bayadere is one to keep on the right side. Trained in Germany for his first three career starts, he shaped very well when third to Ekraar at Doncaster on his British debut, and although likely to need the run, can pay to follow this autumn. Irtahal and Quiet Storm have place claims on their best form, but they will all do well to stop Beneventa from scoring again.
