The Mick Channon team have got their string in good order at present and Cheverak Forest can continue the upward curve at the main expense of Doctored and Gallas in this low grade affair - although Kerrs Pink has been found a weak race for a handicap debut and will be interesting if supported. However, Cheverak Forest - comfortable winner of a similar race at Ripon earlier in the season - has proved to be adaptable with regard to his best trip and this ease in grade should enable him to erase the memory of a below par effort at Lingfield last time. He has plenty in his favour with regard the conditions and he is ideally drawn to take the shortest route to victory today. Gallas will also appreciate this lesser grade of competition but his confidence needs a boost after being outclassed in his handful of starts and may be best watched today. Therefore, the unexposed Doctored and Kerrs Pink could give Cheverak Forest the most to do.
