      Verdict

      ASTROMAGICK's dam stayed well and there's every chance Mark Tompkins' filly will open her account now stepped up to 2m. Her latest second to Snow Hill over 1m3f on soft ground here was franked when the winner landed a better contest at Haydock on Tuesday. Twice Bitten has proved better on the Polytrack so far but Torran Sound will have no problem with either going or distance and should be thereabouts. Motirani was second over C&D in April but is another still chasing a first success on turf and Double Handful still looks to have too much weight.
