        Verdict

        Veteran Mr Wolf is a regular here but has been struggling to get his head in front this year. Paradise Spectre, on the other hand, is on a hat-trick after recent wins at Yarmouth and Warwick, though has shot up the weights as a result. Mandhooma comes here off the back of recent win in this grade but so does MOUNT HOLLOW, who overcame adversity to score at Leicester last time and will relish the stiff track here more than most. Tislaam has only found one too good in his last two runs at Kempton and looks best of the rest.

        Tislaam (IRE) 7-2 (9-3) Held up towards rear, ridden and headway over 1f out, went 2nd inside final furlong, carried slightly left, stayed on, always just held, 2nd of 11, nk behind Aldermoor (9-3) at Kempton 6f hcp 0-70 (5) pol.

        Mount Hollow 11-2 (8-13) Rider removed blind late, dwelt in rear, headway when not clear run under stand-side rail over 1f out, ran on to lead near finish, won going away, won at Leicester 6f hcp 0-70 (5) gf in Aug beating Sairaam (9-6) by 1 1/4l, 12 ran.
