ADORABLE CHOICE gets the nod in a very competitive finale. She doesn't handle rain-softened ground, as she proved when tailed off at Windsor last time, but has a decent turn of foot when the going is riding fast and is well drawn here. It's hard to knock the recent form of Petsas Pleasure and he's preferred to stablemate Lujano, despite creeping up the weights. Viking Rose is still at the right end of the handicap and both Music Festival and Aussie Blue have been knocking on the door and the lightly-raced Shayla bids to follow up her maiden victory at Ayr in July. Hits Only Jude won over C&D in April and is starting to come down the weights again but has already had a long season.
