Verdict
Vinnie Jones got off the mark over this trip on the Polytrack three weeks ago and is only 2lb higher here, but Redcar winner Singalat had his limitations exposed at Lingfield last month and faces a stiff task under top weight. ALWAYS ET TOUJOURS has shown some promise and is on an interesting mark on his handicap debut - this looks his best chance so far. Verse Of Love and Flying Trader are starting to look exposed and Cheviot Quest needs to improve on what he's shown so far but Bu Naaji shouldn't be far away as he was still a little green on his handicap debut at Salisbury but only had to be pushed out to score in the end. The Noble Ord, a close-up fourth in a decent nursery at Goodwood last month, also warrants respect.
