We kick off with a big field maiden fillies' race and the finish should be fought out between Alfsuooh, Athenian Garden and NADINSKA with preference going to the last named. Kieran Fallon takes the ride on the Mick Channon filly and on the formbook she is the one to beat. Her trainer also has a good record with fillies but the trip is a slight concern. Ideally the daughter of Doyen would like further but this big field should help bring her stamina into play. Mark Johnston's filly Alfsuooh's form is also decent and if Richard Hills is given an easy lead she could take catching but she does have a bit to find with the selection. Another positive for Alfsuooh is that this is her ideal trip. Henry Cecil is a dab hand with the fillies and his charge should also be noted. Athenian Garden's form is quite decent and today's trip should also suit. Bonnie Brae has decent form and was beaten by a classic hopeful on her last start so should go very well for each-way backers. Of the newcomers none have notable blood lines or top class entries so it should pay to stick with the raced horses.
