MILLICENT landed her sole career success over a mile last season and is quite at home on the forecast quick ground. She may have only beaten one home at Bath latest but was under three lengths off the winner and did not get the run of the race. Her two previous runs were useful pieces of form in the context of this contest and she is worth another chance. Fillyfudge has yet to oblige in eight starts on the level, but was close to doing so last time when edged out in a photo at Windsor and arrives with strong claims. Fen Tiger and Mont Vallon are not discounted, but Angel Of Peace makes most appeal as a shortlist candidate as she continues to suggest that we have yet to see the best of her and that she is more than capable of landing a small handicap.
