SUN FESTIVAL may only have been contesting low-grade handicaps but has proved a consistent performer who has blossomed further to land two of his last three starts. Especially impressive at Brighton last week, he's the one to beat despite conceding weight all round and having to defy a 5lb penalty. Trip and ground are ideal. Goblet Of Fire is an obvious threat from the foot of the weights after a much-improved effort at Hamilton saw him land a first career success, and a 6lb rise seems a fair reaction from the assessor. La Espanola is interesting on just a second start on the grass after a solid first handicap start last month and should appreciate the drop in trip. Neither Crazy Spin nor Calcutta Dream have scored on Turf, but both are respected on the best of their all-weather exploits.
