Walter Swinburn has his team in good form so Streets Apart has to be respected on his reappearance after three encouraging outings last season but he seems a shade high in the weights for what he has achieved so far and a better bet looks to be DIRECTOR'S CHAIR, who gets the vote with Agente Romano rated the pick of the remainder. The selection stepped up on his reappearance run when landing a 15-runner Doncaster handicap last month and he has solid claims off just a 3lb higher mark today. Locum has run to a consistent level of form and has been placed in seven of his 14 starts but the Mark Tompkins-trained gelding remains a maiden and he looks booked for a place at best again. General Tufto ran better at Nottingham last time but had given little sign of encouragement previously this term and probably needs some help from the handicapper. Agente Romano is another that remains a maiden but he is less exposed than Locum after just seven starts so far and seems to have been given a chance by the handicapper but on recent form it is hard to get away from Director's Chair, who gets the vote.
