Medic put up an eyecatching performance in context last time out at Stratford and can get his nose in front here, while Dr Dream and Native City are interesting contenders. The selection was not far away when runner-up in handicap company at Wetherby in May and ran on strongly after looking a bit of an awkward customer at Stratford last time. He acts well on fast ground and over trips like this and beyond and looks good enough to break his duck today. Dr Dream won a Bangor seller in April and ran well enough under Tony McCoy on fast ground next time. A reproduction of that sort of effort could see him make the frame. Native City had a nice pipe opener at Cartmel last month and acts on any ground. He is open to plenty of improvement and money for him would be interesting. Genari has going to suit and turned in his best effort for some time when making the frame at Uttoxeter last time so he is no forlorn hope. Mattaking with first-time blinkers, and Kilmeena Magic, look best of the rest, but preference is for Medic.
