In depth

Verdict

This looks a straightforward opportunity for Indian Pipe Dream who is taken to get the better of Millards Lad and Trigger Lea. The selection lost his maiden tag last time at Newton Abbott when he beat Kilcannon Supreme. There should be more to come from him and with this slight drop in trip in his favour, David Pipe's 6-year-old looks a sound bet to land the spoils again. Millards Lad was pulled-up when last seen out in March. He has some solid form over the chase fences, but back over hurdles he could be one to swerve. Trigger Lea is a lightly-raced mare and she has to be of interest on her hurdling debut, while Clever Liz from the Venetia Williams yard is another worth a check in the market. However, for the winner we will stick with the progressive Indian Pipe Dream.
