In depth

Verdict

A field large on numbers but low in quality and on closer inspection not many can be given a serious chance of winning. However there main protagonists appear to be All Honey, Sovereign State and Flyover, and we will take a chance on All Honey. The six-year old won a seller in good style a couple of runs ago and he had every chance until taking a heavy fall last time out. If his confidence has not been effected he will be hard to beat with conditions in his favour. Sovereign State rates the main danger on his latest third behind In Good Faith. Flyover is another worthy of consideration after his fourth behind Moon Spinner last time but he gave the impression he would be seen to better effect over a longer trip and for that reason he is passed over on this occasion. Hakam showed plenty of ability without winning on the flat and if he has taken to hurdles he would have definite place claims. Beausejour is another that should go well on her best form but she ran badly for no apparent reason last time and is opposed here. Of the remainder Turtle Love is from a shrewd yard and any market confidence should be noted.
