The feature race on the card can go to Banker Count ahead of El Bandito, Per Amore and Roveretto. Banker Count was a beaten favourite at Bangor recently when unseating Sam Thomas at the last, but was held at the time. However, the fact remains that he is still extremely well treated compared to his form against top opposition three years ago, and although things have not gone right for him lately, the 12-year-old has the ability and can prove so here. El Bandito was in good order last term, scoring at Leicester and Newbury, but is not as classy as the selection at his best and is passed over. Per Amore jumps well and if the ground dries up he could be a contender, but the fact that he has been off since being pulled up at Cheltenham last October is a negative. Roveretto has topweight to overcome but should not be ruled out, hailing as he does from the all conquering Pipe stable, but Banker Account is overdue a win and can put matters right now.
