In depth

Verdict

A dual winner on the Flat, AMALFI BAY will have needed both the run and the experience when fifth at Fontwell and will be more the finished article here. Ruler Legend won on the Flat in Ireland and could be a useful acquisition for Jonjo O’Neill while Hidol Du Livet will be better for a first run under Rules at Uttoxeter but Blue Clover and Painless Potter look thoroughly exposed.
