Verdict

Caro Des Flos, a previous course and distance winner, is not out of this in first-time blinkers receiving weight all round. Fox's Socks was backed into favouritism at Southwell last month and will be looking to recoup losses. Sir Jack West won over track and trip on just his second outing over the larger obstacles but STUMPS OR SLIPS came with a wet sail to beat more-experienced rivals at Warwick in April and also has plenty of scope for further improvement.
