A competitive handicap here and most of the runners would have a chance on their best form but the main protagonists appear to be Derring Bridge, Reasonable Reserve, Jaseur and Chicuelo and we will take a chance on Reasonable Reserve. The gelding from the Brendan Powell yard won well last time out when defeating Derring Bridge and although he is worse off with that rival at the weights we still take him to score as he takes plenty of driving and he only just does enough so he may still be ahead of the handicapper. Jaseur is another that could go well he has dropped to a handy mark but he was slightly disappointing last time and his best form of late has been on a much softer surface.Chicuelo has not looked in love with the game of late over fences. But if he returns to form for the switch to hurdles he will not be far away of what looks a fair mark. Of the remainder Ballykettrail is from a shrewd yard and is worth noting in the market but we are happy to stick with Reasonable Reserve.
