In depth

Verdict

Mutared stays a mile and a quarter but is arguably better over shorter as the four-year-old showed when a close fourth over a mile here earlier this month. Nick Littmoden's charge is a pacey type who was collared at the distance having made most and, off a 1lb lower mark over a furlong shorter, he looks sure to take plenty of beating so gets the TEAMtalk vote. Celtic Mill made all to score a comfortable victory over course and distance last time and rates a big danger off a 3lb higher mark while Answered Promise also enters calculations despite a 4lb rise after finishing runner-up over a mile here earlier in the month. Tojoneski was disappointing last time but is lightly raced and has claims on his previous C&D win but Cheeney Basin will find this tougher after landing a claimer here last time.
