Not the strongest of events, but competitive nonetheless. Tom Greenall knows Gudlage well, but while he handles cut in the ground, he may not want it too soft. In Good Faith, the winner of 13 races under both codes, has lost the winning habit, while the maiden Rainbow Chase doesn't look good enough. The ground may be on the soft side for Amjad, but Border Star, who will be well handled by Nicky Tinkler, should go well off his light weight. However, the TEAMtalk vote goes to Prince Among Men, who comes into this in good nick, having absolutely hacked up in a seller at Hereford last time. He has only had the eight starts over hurdles, winning three times in the process and he may be capable of further improvement.
