Longoria looks the pick of this bunch with Lord Deevert and Shepherds Warning appearing the most obvious dangers. The selection has shaped well over six furlongs and showed no signs of stopping over six. This is her level and she can go well again. Lord Deevert looks completely exposed but is a reliable enough yardstick as far as the formbook is concerned. The visor is tried for the first time. Shepherds Warning was competing in this grade at the beginning of the year but had probably struggled with the handicapper in the interim. She has to be respected. Gaitskell bombed out spectacularly last time out and is best watched. Wee Buns has not gone on while Her Name Is Rio has spurned easier opportunities than this in the past. They may not be much of Longoria but she does at least try to win and that could be enough here.
