Athaakeel and Ace Of Spies are respected but preference here is for CAVITIE. Andrew Reid's charge has gone well on every start this year and remains on the same mark as when second to Romantic Queen last time. Clearly, that one's run in the 16:00 will provide a guide but our feeling is Cavitie can build on his record of two seconds from two starts here by scoring. Athaakeel needs everything to drop right as it did two starts ago and can't be ruled out despite struggling at Lingfield. He was slowly into stride that day and never got on terms so does arrive with risks attached if you're backing him. Ace Of Spies is considered on his first start for Conor Dore despite having struggled on artificial surfaces previously. He needs a career best to win but this isn't a particularly strong race. Dancing Maite is interesting dropped in grade for a yard going very well at present, Welcome Approach made hay here last winter and now has four course and distance wins to his name although none of them came from a mark this high while Perlachy could go well at a price as he's another who revels under these conditions. Several of these have claims on the pick of their form but Cavitie is the most solid on 2010 efforts and can get his head in front.
