    Verdict

With the top weight rated just 63, this isn't the strongest of contests. This looks to rest between the first time blinkered Frixos, How's Things and the unexposed Relative Hero, who gets the vote, despite having to give weight away all round. Hughie Morrison's colt will be well suited by this step up in trip, after the way he was staying on over seven-furlongs at Beverley, and he is taken to lose his maiden tag against some moderate rivals. Frixos will have to improve for the blinkers, but if they do work the oracle, he would have to have a major chance off what is basically a platers mark. How's Things has plenty of course experience and wasn't beaten far when just out of the money behind Tough Nut, with the useful Fulvio only half-a-length ahead of him. A repeat of that effort puts him in here with a shout.
