Another competitive contest, with no less than eight course winners in this field and plenty of old "characters" as well, non more so than Dil, who along with front-runner Noble Locks, Champagne Rider, who is returning to action after a break and Uhoomagoo, who takes a huge drop in class and should give us a good run for out money, at a decent price. When last seen here, he was a good third to Fallachan off a mark of 65, which would be more than good enough at this level. The main danger could prove to be Noble Locks, who likes nothing better than to bowl along, but he may find that difficult from his wide draw. Blushing Spur will have the race run to suit and cannot be discounted, while Dil, although capable of a bold show, has yet to convince over this trip. Pancakehill looks to have too much on at this level, but Mr Stylish isn't out of this if consenting to put his best hoof forward.
