Verdict

ILLUMINATIVE will be short odds to see off At Wits End and Magic Queen. The presence of the Gosden runner appears to have scared off much of the meaningful opposition so while we won't be rowing in at the likely odds, we also won't be opposing. At Wits End seems to pot hunt in maidens of this time and connections could well be picking up another placed effort this evening. Magic Queen appeared all at sea at Kempton so could be seen in a better light going the other way around. Heathyards Junior is from a family that Reg Hollinshead should know all about so the market will serve up an incredibly fair reflection of what will be anticipated. Tagula Minx showed nothing as a juvenile so she must have done something at home to warrant a year's training fees. Ay Tay Tate has regressed spectacularly and at a mark of 50 is the one that the assessor will use a benchmark figure. A bad race that Illuminative should be up to winning.
