Racing finishes up with the Wolverhampton-racecourse.co.uk Handicap and the race has a very competitive look about it for an 11 runner field and hopefully IMPERIAL DJAY can go in ahead of Standpoint and Kyleene. The selection showed huge improvement on his latest start to run out a cosy winner. In the race before his victory he was beaten by a horse called Red Gulch who is highly thought of by connections. He clearly is on the up and if enjoying the step up in trip he should go close. He may have most to fear from Kyleene who won over the course and distance on his latest start. He got up on the line that day and a strong pace would probably help. He has a 256 day absence to overcome but he still may have more to offer. The top horse, Standpoint, was set some tough assignments last year and this is easier. He should make his presence felt from top weight.
