In depth
Verdict
Lady Hen, Brandexe and Rashida are three against the field in this fillies' handicap and the vote is given to Lady Hen. The selection finished fifth behind Noubien last time at Wolverhampton and had turned in another solid effort previously when second behind Chief Dipper. This filly has got a good attitude and she looks the one to beat. Brandexe was bitterly disappointing at Catterick last time but she will be suited by the step-up in trip and if her latest run were to be ignored then she would be of interest. Rashida is from a yard in form and she has shown enough promise to make her interesting on her handicap bow. Thorntoun Picollo looks the best of the remainder, but for the winner we return to Lady Hen.
