Singbella is difficult to weigh up after just three starts where she has been well beaten and she may do better now running in a handicap for the first time but a safer option looks to be MATJAR, who gets the vote ahead of Mutajaaser. Kevin Morgan's gelding is lightly raced and made an encouraging first start in a handicap when chasing home Saviour Sand over course and distance earlier this month, form on which he has solid claims especially as he can race off the same mark today. Barodine has paid the penalty at the hands of the handicapper for his win here earlier this month and now looks best watched, while Brendan Powell's Flighty Fellow has more to do off a 3lb higher mark than when winning here last time. Michael Wigham's King's Icon has been running consistently well and has to be considered but is likely to have to settle for a place at best again, while Lee Smith's King's Jester struggled off his new mark here last time and may do so again today, although he has been dropped 2lbs and is only 4lbs higher than when scoring two starts ago. The vote then goes the way of Joseph Quinn's Matjar, who has been running consistently well in Ireland and again here last time and he looks worth siding with off just a 1lb higher mark than when behind Desert Vision last time.
