Some old faces on show and only a tentative vote of confidence goes to Mr Cellophane who is holding his form well at present and may still have enough in reserve to fend off Witchry and Chatshow, while Lady Bahia ran an encouraging race behind the selection here 10 days ago and would have to be given a chance on 4lb better terms. Chatshow is also on a fair mark again and has proved his well being with a series of good efforts. His style of running means that he needs everything to fall in place for him, though, and he needs to be at his best today. Witchry will be a tough nut to crack if he runs up to the best of his capabilities and rates as a big threat after going close on his Wolverhampton debut last week. The son of Green Desert is very well treated on the best of his past handicap form and strong support in the betting ring would be dangerous to ignore. However, Mr Cellophane has a touch more experience of this surface and, with John Egan booked for the ride, another bold bid is expected from this half-brother to the ultra-tough Fruits Of Glory.
