We open with a claimer where GOLD FIX has terms firmly in his favour and as such is given the vote ahead of Zaffature and Dear Mr Fantasy. As well has being the highest rated of these the pick has been on a spot of form lately culminating with a comfortable victory when stepping down to this grade for the fist time on his latest run. Given his position near the bottom of the weights he certainly is well treated and should take all the beating. Zaffature is closely matched with the pick viewed through his maiden form but given that he has to concede five pounds to his main rival the terms look against him. Dear Mr Fantasy has it all to do under top weight and a regressive profile in maidens while if Bathwick Gino can step up on his four starts so far he could challenge for some prize money. Not a great start to the card but Gold Fix has solid claims.
