Verdict

Batraan started long odds-on over 6f here after beaten a short-head at Newcastle but, though leading for a long way, had no answer in the closing stages. He'll lead them a merry dance and it seems unlikely that Amor De Mi Vida, who won a 6f York maiden in July, will have the speed to catch him. Kim Wexler was headed on the line in a track and trip nursery however, her best run to date, while Panoramic showed very good speed over 6f at Lingfield before fading. WINGS OF A DOVE is comfortably the form pick on her second in a Sandown Listed contest in July. She's been disappointing subsequently though was only beaten a neck at Lingfield and can get off the mark.
