        Verdict

        King's Kama, Polish Eagle and Desert Omen look the three to concentrate on in this maiden and the confident vote is given to King's Kama. The selection showed enough in three runs last season notably when third behind Happy As Larry last season to suggest he could win a race of this nature and he need only run up to that mark to score. Polish Eagle rates the main danger on his last run of last season which saw him finish second behind Plea Bargain. He is sure to be suited by the step up in trip and should be noted in the market. Desert Omen is another worthy of respect as at least he is race fit and was a fair fifth behind Excusez Moi last time in a better race. Of the remainder Rawdon is another from a top yard whose horses are in for but is bred to be seen to better effect over a longer trip and for the winner we return to King's Kama.
