THE BIG HAERTH looks to have strong claims in this seller. Best off at the weights and in cracking form when winning two of his last three starts in France, in similar company to this, he has since joined Stuart Williams and with nothing appearing to be in such good shape at present we will side with him. Landucci has got a few pounds to find on official ratings and was beaten just a length-and-a-half in a 7f Kempton handicap last time, making him next-best in this. Ravi River is used to winning in this grade but needs to show some more spark than of late to be a serious player. Apache Ridge, who won a Ripon seller in August when last seen in this grade, has remained in reasonable form in claimers and may pick up some more prize money.
