Recent winners Wiseman's Diamond and Leading Edge look the two to concentrate on here and slight preference is for Wiseman's Diamond with Gain Share a danger from a good draw. The selection, a winner at Leicester last time out over seven furlongs has improved with every start. She is likely to need every yard of this trip to score but assuming that jockey Neil Callan can gain a decent pitch from a fair draw she may prove too strong in the closing stages for her rivals. A largish field, and plenty who like to race up with the pace, suggests that this could be run at a decent clip and that looks sure to suit her down to the ground. Leading Edge ran well when scoring at Nottingham over the minimum trip, and whilst he has claims again, a winner's penalty makes life tougher. The third home that day, Gain Share has a pull in the weights and should run well from the front if taking advantage of a beneficial low draw. The drop in trip may well suit Lella Beya who comes from a stable in fair form, although a wide draw could make life tricky. Plenty of these try headgear for the first time, perhaps the most interesting being Sistos Fascination who's form looks fairly solid and with a few pounds of improvement he could play a hand in the finish. Overall though, the percentage call looks to be to side with Kevin Ryan's filly Wiseman's Diamond.
