In race two, Hollow Jo is selected ahead of Mr Loire and After The Show. Following a return-to-form Kempton win, there is no doubt that Hollow Jo is still potentially well-weighted under his penalty so his chance is there for all to see. After The Show has dropped to what should be a competitive all-weather mark if anywhere near his best and is worth another try at today's trip, while Mr Loire is now three pounds below his course and distance winning mark of March. Ebraam needs a career-best effort if he is going to score, although he comes here running well, and you can build the case for Overwing based on her best efforts here from the spring. All You Need is lightly raced and open to improvement and drops back in trip from his last two runs, and there is no doubt that Speed Dial Harry is well-weighted if the drop in tip from a number of recent runs does the trick, and that Bucharest showed something like a return to form last time, although this trip seems to be short of his best. Finally, Brandywell Boy cannot be ruled out based on the best of his efforts of the last nine months, although his draw is poor. It's that sort of race, really - competitive - with the selection being Hollow Jo.
